From the look on his face when he sticks his nose into a glass of wine and inhales deeply, one could easily think Jacques Capsouto was a trained sommelier.

Ten days after Capsouto Frères opened in October 1980, it hosted its first event: a wedding reception and dinner for 100 people. It was a memorable success!

When you come to consider Capsouto Frères as the venue for your family celebration or business event, you'll find an experienced and attentive service, warm atmosphere, flexible menu offerings and, most significantly, profound sense of the importance of this event to you. All served with a laid back elegance in a beautiful setting.

We can accommodate parties from 10 to slightly more than 100 people. For a party of more than 10 people, we will require to set a limited menu. A party of more than 80 persons will command the restaurant exclusively and will need special arrangements. Your event can be a luncheon, a dinner or a brunch.

For each of these you can design a menu from our A-la-Carte with selections for 3 or 4 courses, and depending on the party size, you can choose the number of selections within each course (the pricing for this menu follows the A-la-Carte prices). Or you can choose a Prix-Fixe Menu with 4 courses (see the examples).
