Brunch:

Sunday. Whether it's for our
award-winning Eggs Bénédict with Bacon or Salmon, our French Toast or our
Steak & Eggs, you' ll find a warm, spacious and delightful setting
for. We offers the daily specials our classic brunch or lunch
dishes, and of course our famous desserts. Available are our
prix-fixe ($20.03) and our à-la-carte menus.
Dinner:
Every night from 6:00 pm. We are
offering our acclaimed favorites such as the Roasted Duck with Cassis and
Ginger, the Poached Salmon with a Vinaigrette Sauce, or the Steak au
Poivre, in addition to the daily specials such as the Sweetbreads in
Madeira, the Tuna with Vincotto Sauce or Cold Filet Mignon au Raifort. And
of course, among the desserts, our soufflés. By overwhelming request
we have kept the
prix-fixe dinner menu ($30.03). Also for your
pleasure, our à-la-carte menu.
Wine List: From Champagne to Willamette Valley, the wine list presents
most of the wine regions of France and of the American West coast, as
well as most of their intriguing varietals. In addition,
Capsouto
Frères
offers some exclusive imports, selected for their superior quality and
value such as the Puligny Red, the Chateau-Neuf-du-Pape White, the Morgon
or the Beaujolais White. Capsouto Frères is honored with the Wine Spectator’s
and Sante’s award of Excellence and is proud to be among
the Beaujolais Best Bistros.
Desserts: From our renowned Apple Tarte Tatin to our mouth watering
Profiteroles, we prepare all our luscious desserts on premise. Some of our
innovative creations such as the Blueberry Crisp with Lavender Ice Cream
have been critically acclaimed by The New York Times. And of
course, our famous soufflés which have made Capsouto Frères the "soufflé temple", are not to be
missed. Our classics: Chocolate, Praline or Raspberry are offered every
day.(*) The seasonal soufflés specials include Meyer Lemon,
Pumpkin, Apricot, and Black Mission Fig among others. We carry a large
selection of after-dinner digestifs, please ask for the
list. The dessert menu no longer stands alone; it has been incorporated
into the other menus, please refer to them.
